I usually LOVE the Tunacado sandwiches at Joe & The Juice - they’re honestly one of my favorites - but this experience was extremely disappointing. My pickup was scheduled for 2:50 PM. I arrived at 2:51, and neither of my two sandwiches had even been started, so I had to wait almost 10 additional minutes. The Tunacado itself was also prepared terribly. The bread was burnt and so hard that it actually scratched my gum and left it sore and uncomfortable. This particular location is also very inconvenient. Parking is difficult, there’s nowhere to quickly stop and grab a pickup order, and if you actually want to sit inside, you have to spend time searching for parking. I normally have a great experience with Joe & The Juice and genuinely love their Tunacado, but the service and food quality at this location really need improvement.

The service was good, and the atmosphere was clean and quiet. The food was okay; I got the prosciutto sandwich and the trust your gut smoothie. The smoothie was absolutely great. However, the sandwich was a bit thin for my liking. The ingredients in the sandwich were a bit stingy. The avocado was barely there; the same thing with the prosciutto. Overall, I think I should get the tune sandwich next time.

Ate here twice, was not satisfied with the service both times. Don't get me wrong the staff are friendly, however it seems to me they're all either very new to the job, or don't care about the quality. First time I ate here, I waited over 30 minutes for two smoothies, mind you I was on my lunch break and it's only 30 minutes long so I had to hurry back on over to work. Second time I ate here I had gotten myself and my mother a sandwich for mother's day. I placed the order online and just picked it up in the store, and I had ordered the joe's club and the spicy caesar. The labels of the sandwiches were wrong and flipped, so my mom bit into the joe's club thinking it was the spicy caesar. The joe's club has avocado, and my mom is allergic to avocado. Not sure who's training the employees but they need to do a better job at quality checking. Very disappointed to leave this review because the food is not bad whatsoever

I love Joe & The Juice! Everything is always so good the staff is amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are delicious, and the matcha is one of my favorites! The only small thing I’d suggest is using warmer chicken in the sandwiches. Sometimes it’s quite cold, and it makes it a bit hard to enjoy. Overall, still a great place and I keep coming back!

Creative, stylish & delicious! From the ingredients and packaging to their customer service, Joe & The Juice elevates the typical sandwich shop. Joe’s signature bread is crisp, nutritious, and filling - without being too heavy. My partner and I ordered the Joe’s Club, the Serrano, the Stress Down, and the Green Sport. The stress down pairs well with the prosciutto in the Serrano, and the green sport went well with the Club. I highly recommend them all, we’re looking forward to returning & trying more of the menu.
